Water Needs
Unlike a closed terrarium, this woodland does require occasional watering. Keep the soil lightly moist but never soggy. Water slowly around the plants every 1 - 3 weeks, depending on your home's temperature and humidity. A small spray bottle also works beautifully for keeping the moss fresh between waterings.
Key indicators:
💧 Moss feels crispy → Time for a mist.
💧 Soil feels dry about an inch down → Give it a drink.
💧 Condensation is normal after watering but shouldn't remain for days.
Light Needs
Bright, indirect light. Avoid direct afternoon sun, which can overheat the glass and scorch delicate foliage.
