ARTISAN FAQ'S
How do I participate?

Artists may participate in multiple ways, depending on their needs and inventory:

Consignment – Artist provides items, Willow & Wild sells on your behalf, commission is shared.

Wholesale – Willow & Wild purchases your inventory upfront, no staffing required.

Flat Vendor Fee – Pay a fixed fee for your booth, retain 100% of sales.

Revenue Share – Willow & Wild and Artist split sales revenue.
DO I NEED TO STAFF THE BOOTH?

Consignment / Wholesale / Revenue Share – Staffing optional unless noted.

Flat Vendor Fee – Artist staffs booth.
HOW IS PRICING HANDLED?

Artist sets pricing for consignment, revenue share, and vendor booths.

Wholesale pricing is agreed upfront.
What happens if items don’t sell?

Consignment: Unsold items returned.

Wholesale: Unsold items stay with Willow & Wild.
-
Vendor fee: Artist retains unsold items.
-
Revenue share: Returned or handled per agreement.
Do I need to be a local artist?

We prioritize local and regional makers, but welcome applications from anywhere if your work aligns with our aesthetic.
