ARTISAN FAQ'S

How do I participate?

Artists may participate in multiple ways, depending on their needs and inventory:

  • Consignment – Artist provides items, Willow & Wild sells on your behalf, commission is shared - percentages agreed upon prior to event.

  • Wholesale – Willow & Wild purchases your inventory upfront and retains full proceeds of sale.

 
DO I NEED TO STAFF THE BOOTH?

  • No. Willow & Wild will staff a booth at local craft fairs and vendor markets. You are welcome to stop by and take pictures and visit us!

 
HOW IS PRICING HANDLED?

  • Consignment percentage is agreed upon upfront.

  • Wholesale pricing is agreed upon upfront.

 
What happens if items don’t sell?

  • Consignment: Unsold items returned to artisan.

  • Wholesale: Unsold items stay with Willow & Wild.

 
Do I need to be a local artist?

  • We prioritize local and regional makers, but welcome applications from anywhere if your work aligns with our aesthetic.

 
How do I apply?

  • Submit your Artisan Application online at the link below or reach out via email to Lynn@willowandwildarts.com for guidance. Include:

    • Artisan Application

    • Photos of your work

    • Short bio (2–3 sentences)

    • Inventory and pricing info
